Alconost is a company providing localization and custom animation services. Their clients include Hewlett Packard, Aliexpress, Kaspersky, China Airlines, Ecwid, Navmii, Bitrix24, and Regula.

What did they want?


To find new clients in North America and Europe within the E-Learning and iGaming industries.

The main buying motivation for clients was the understanding that high-quality animation helps boost brand awareness, attract new audiences, and improve customer experience. Most orders focused on explainer videos and training content.

Additionally, outreach to Enterprise-level companies across various tech-related sectors was conducted over a 1.5-month period.

Initial situation

  • Animation was an additional business line used to diversify revenue.

  • E-Learning and iGaming niches had not been explored and didn’t generate a steady stream of orders.

  • Adjusted activity schedules according to business hours of the target regions.

  • Messages and emails were tailored to industry specifics and decision-maker interests.

  • Bi-weekly syncs were held with the client.

  • All lead data was recorded in the company’s CRM.

  • Monthly summary reports were prepared covering reach, response rates, and results.
